Side Note - These rolls were made with steamed asparagus, pickled carrots, green onion, avocado and drizzled with teriyaki sauce. Feel free to add or substitute your favorite vegetables, or omit the teriyaki for more commonly used soy sauce, ginger and wasabi which is a spicy paste similar to horseradish.
In addition to the Steak Sushi rolls, you can round out the meal with store bought additions like miso soup, edamame, and seaweed salad to elevate the experience without having to make everything yourself!!
