FULFILLMENT AND INVENTORY SPECIALIST

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP

This position will report to the VP of Sales and Inventory

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle the day-to-day transactional portion of the business with a focus on sales order intake and purchase order entry and management.
  • Follow product flow through order intake to final receiver.
  • Coordinate multiple product flows to service customer demand · Identify ways to optimize current processes as opportunities present themselves.
  • Create, maintain, and present analysis of inventory reports in an accurate and timely manner · Maintain and update organized files of critical documents i.e., pricing, supplier communication, vendor documents, specs, etc. where they will be accessible to the entire team.
  • Assist in promotional planning and inventory forecasting with the team · Work closely with partners in Finance to insure accurate and timely billing and accounting.
  • Maintain productive and professional working relationships with customers, key production partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Respond to and resolve any problems with facilities, transportation, or customers.

LOCATION AND TRAVEL

The position will be fully remote, PNW based preferred. Travel will be required to attend company events and customer visits.

EXPERIENCE

  • A Bachelor’s Degree is ideal (Business or Supply Chain degree is preferred)
  • 1 - 3 years of related food & beverage business experience is preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Excel, and Point of order-entry systems
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a proven track record of successful prioritization
  • Strong interpersonal capabilities – the ability to engage, communicate, and influence
  • Strong analytical and attention to detail mindset
