FINANCIAL ANALYST
This Financial Analyst position will serve three primary functions: 1) Assist in the monthly financial close process ensuring transactions are in accordance with sound accounting principles and procedures; 2) Analyze financial data, identify trends and provide recommendations and reports for key business processes, and 3) Perform banking transactions and account reconciliations.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP
The Financial Analyst will report to the Controller.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the monthly financial close process and analysis of financial results
- Support financial forecasting, variance analysis, and reconciliations
- Develop and maintain financial models to support organizational decision making
- Analyze business and accounting processes to identify opportunities to improve efficiency
- Create reports to convey performance and inform operational and strategic decisions
- Perform banking transactions and account reconciliations
LOCATION AND TRAVEL
The Financial Analyst position will be fully remote. Travel will be required 3-4 times per year to CNB meetings.
