
Honey BBQ Crockpot Meatballs

Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, chopped onion, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Using a small cookie scoop or spoon, portion out the mixture and roll into 1-inch meatballs. Place them evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake the meatballs in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
- While meatballs are cooking, in a bowl whisk together BBQ sauce, honey, and grape jelly until combined.
- Add cooked meatballs to a crockpot and pour sauce over the top.
- Cook on high for 15 minutes or on low for 30 minutes.
