  • 1 lb ground beef browned and seasoned to your liking
  • 1 cup beer cheese dip
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • ¼ cup baking soda
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 tbsp coarse sea salt
  • ¼ cup melted butter

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. In a bowl, combine browned ground beef and beer cheese dip until well mixed.
  4. Flatten each biscuit into a round shape about 1 inch thick. Add 1-2 tbsp of the beef and cheese mix to the center, fold and pinch to seal the dough ball. Set aside.
  5. Boil 6 cups of water with baking soda. Drop each dough ball in boiling water and baking soda mix for 20-30 seconds, then remove and place on prepared baking sheet.
  6. Brush boiled bombs with beaten egg and sprinkle with sea salt.
  7. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Brush cooked bombs with melted butter while warm. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
