Country Natural Beef is upleveling our consumer meat brand — the public face of a cooperative of family ranchers who have done the right things for the right reasons since 1986. The Content Manager is the person who tells that story to the world.
This is not simply a posting job. It is a storytelling and brand-stewardship role. You will help people understand who we are, why our beef is different, and why a cooperative of family ranchers committed to their land, their animals, and their communities is worth believing in. Working from the content and social media strategy set by the Director of Marketing, you will build the plans, create and produce the content, and grow our audience across every channel we own.
The role serves three primary functions: 1) Build content and social media plans and editorial calendars from our strategy. 2) Identify the assets those plans require and get them made — capturing content directly where practical, and directing agencies, photographers, and contractors where greater production is needed. 3) Publish, analyze, and optimize performance across channels.
We are starting small and growing quickly. On day one, this is a focused content and social media role. As our consumer brand grows, it will expand — into a broader digital presence, deeper campaigns, and a larger role in how customers discover and stay with Country Natural Beef. You are not expected to do all of that on day one, but you should be eager to grow into it. We are looking for someone curious about where content, social, and new tools are headed, who can pair that curiosity with the taste and brand judgment our story deserves.
