Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium skillet add ground beef and cook on medium heat until browned and crumbly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- In a bowl, combine browned ground beef and beer cheese dip until well mixed.
- Flatten each biscuit into a round shape about 1 inch thick. Add 1-2 tbsp of the beef and cheese mix to the center, fold and pinch to seal the dough ball. Set aside.
- Boil 6 cups of water with baking soda. Drop each dough ball in boiling water and baking soda mix for 20-30 seconds, then remove and place on prepared baking sheet.
- Brush boiled bombs with beaten egg and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
- Brush cooked bombs with melted butter while warm. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve with extra beer cheese or mustard for dipping!
