If your order is damaged or incorrect in any way, please notify our customer service department within 3 days of delivery. Day 1 is set as the delivery day confirmation. Pictures of damage and/or incorrect items are required. Please email all requests along with pictures to email@example.com for a refund, store credit or replacement product.
Due to the highly perishable nature of our items, returns are not permitted unless requested. If we request a return, you will be provided with a prepaid shipping label. All goods returned must be in their original packaging or comparable packaging. All returns must arrive back to Country Natural Beef within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date.
If we are notified of damaged or an incorrect order after 3 days of the confirmed delivery date, at our discretion, we will offer full, partial store credit or replacement product only.
