You sold us with your packaging.

We have not yet cooked up the short ribs as well are saving them for a special occasion. However, I have to tell you that we both were very happy to see that you used environmentally friendly packaging. We ordered a small order from a different company as this was our first go around with ordering meats. The other company’s packing was definitely not environmentally friendly. Because of this, and I expect the product to be delicious, you will be our go to company.
