I used a simple recipe for this cut and a Ribeye. Patted each steak dry with a paper towel, added a dash of olive oil and rubbed it into each steak. Added a dash of sea salt and cracked black pepper. Placed on the Traeger grill on smoke mode for 6 minutes, turned grill up to 350 degrees and cooked each side for 8 minutes. Rested each steak for 5 minutes before cutting into. Each steak turned out PERFECT! A beautiful medium rare and the taste blew me away! I had to share this experience as each steak exceeded my expectation. Every bite was perfectly juicy, and tasteful! I would highly recommend!
