TOPPINGS / ADDITIONS
INGREDIENTS
- Bun of your choice
- Slice of cheese (regular or dairy-free)
- Dijon mustard
- Burger pickles
- Pickled red onions
We've had plenty of sloppy joes in or day, but these ones goes home with the blue ribbon! The flavors in the mix and sauce are so good and then those toppings! we are adding in quick-pickled onions, pickles and a little extra dijon mustard (because, why not). They come together perfectly!
And, they can easily be PALEO, WHOLE30 friendly by serving with roasted sweet potato slices instead of buns!!
Pro Tips
- Don't skip the toppings! They are worth it!!
- Need it to be gluten-free? Use tamari instead of soy sauce, omit the worcestershire sauce and serve on a gluten-free bun.
